Caburgua

Lemu Lodge is located in the community of Caburgua, just 23 kilometers from the town of Pucon in the Región de la Araucanía.  In the past decade or so, this has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Chile thanks to it's abundance of natural beauty and diverse landscapes.  The regions numerous lakes, rivers, mountains, volcanos make it an ideal location for adventure tourism.  It's rich culture allows visitors to get to know Chile on a more intimate level.  



Lemu Lodge is found at the end of a road between Playa Negra and Playa Blanca.  Densely forested and with a year-round creek running through the property, Lemu Lodge is isolated and quiet, but easily accessible and just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Lago Caburgua, one of the the area's most beautiful lakes. 

Driving Directions
From Temuco, Capital of the Región de la Araucanía
  • Leaving Temuco, head south on Ruta 5

  • Exit onto Ruta 199 towards Villarica

  • Continue on Ruta 199

  • In Villarica Continue follow signs towards Pucon

  • Continue onto Ruta 199 leaving Villarica towards Pucón

  • Continue onto Camino A Villarrica entering Pucón

  • Continue onto Camino Internacional 

  • Continue onto Ruta 199 leaving Pucón

  • Arrive at Caburgua

  • Turn left in Caburgua towards Playa Blanca

  • Continue 1.2K and turn left on a road marked with a sign for "Republica de Chile-Corredor Biológico Namoncahue-Reserva Biósfera Araucarias"

  • Continue 1k until the road ends in a driveway marked "Propied Privada".  Pass under the sign and arrive at Lemu Lodge on your right.
